Lantern-lit Tour of the UK's largest Napoleonic Fortress Fort Amherst, Dock Road, Chatham ME4 4UB . Meet 7.15 for 7.30 start. A historian and guide will show us how it all appeared to the fortress's residents around 200 years ago - with portable lanterns. The cost is £8 and there is a bar on-site for a drink afterwards.
